This Agreement and use of the website are governed by the laws in existence in Australia, and comply with Australian Consumer Law. You agree that any claim relating to the website, purchases or orders shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
Puppy Preschool Classes
When booking Puppy Preschool this is a commitment to attend the five (5) lessons in succession. Our online learning centre provides video lessons of each class. Therefore there are no make-up classes or refunds for classes missed. Classes must be paid in full prior to attending. Puppies are ages from 8 weeks to 24 weeks. Preschool will be held with a minimum of three (3) attendees and maximum of eight (8). In the event that we do not have the required number of attendees the class will be rescheduled to a future date to allow time to add other attendees.
Private Training (one on one)
Puppy, Adolescent and Behavioural training equals one (1) dog per household/family. For additional dogs please contact Sonia for pricing. Puppies are aged to 6 months, Adolescent dogs are aged to 24 months and behavioural training is any age dog for behaviours such as, but not limited to, separation, aggression, leash reactivity and resource guarding. Private Training can be rescheduled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee applies for less than 48 hours notice.
Group Class Passes
Our six (6) and ten (10) Group Class Passes allow for flexible training on dates that suit you. Classes can be booked or rescheduled within 24 hours of your class. No refunds for classes missed. Group classes will be held with a minimum of three (3) attendees and a maximum of eight (8). In the event that we do not have the required number of attendees the class will be cancelled and your pass will be credited for that class. If a class needs to be rescheduled due to any unforeseen circumstance your pass will be extended to cover this period. Class passes are fully refundable up until your first class attendance . From there they are non-refundable but are fully transferable to other services.
Group Training Passes
6 class pass $280 (3 month expiry)
10 class pass $400 (6 month expiry)
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds will be processed minus Square and Paypal processing fees.
When will my order be shipped and arrive?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. All orders will be shipped via regular ($10) or express post ($15), depending on your choice, arrival time is subject to Australia Post delivery schedule. You will be emailed your AUSpost tracking code on the day your item is posted.
Changing or Cancelling orders.
An order may only be cancelled before 2pm the following day after order. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Sonia Says Sit. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to accommodate your request, however Sonia Says Sit accepts no liability for incorrectly ordered products.
What happens if my order is Damaged?
Please inform us if your product is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty. In accordance with Trading Laws we will happily replace any faulty items returned within 14 days.
